The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Golf has announced Covéa Insurance as the supporter of its Annual Dinner, to be held on the 22 November.
The Annual Dinner will serve as an opportunity to bring together Parliamentarians, Honorary and Associate Members, to celebrate the Group’s inaugural year and will be held on the House of Lords Terrace in the Palace of Westminster.
The Group has the singular remit to support the sport of golf and has 70 members from both Houses of Parliament and across all major parties. Over the past year it has been active in supporting the sport at all levels.
Covéa Insurance is a UK general insurer specialising in commercial, motor, high net worth, property and protection insurance. As part of the mutual insurance group Covéa, they currently employ approximately 1,500 people across 10 offices throughout the UK, providing insurance cover for customers via insurance brokers, intermediaries and direct distribution channels.
Group Chairman and Member of Parliament for Lincoln, Karl McCartney, made the announcement. The Group has achieved a lot in its short history, and we look forward to continuing to support the sport of golf at all levels.
